Print tips (read once, print happy)
No supports. Every face is at 45° or vertical, and every link touches the bed. If your slicer warns about anything, it is wrong and you are right.
Finest layer height you have (0.06–0.08 mm for a 0.2 nozzle), full cooling, elephant-foot compensation on, a small brim if your plate is doubtful.
Print the test strip first. Cool fully, peel, then firmly twist each link loose, one joint at a time. Fused? Your printer needs more gap — it's derived from your nozzle, so try one nozzle size up in the dropdown. Rattly? One down.
Dry filament. Tiny nozzles have no sense of humour about moisture.
Long chain? It prints in a 🐍 serpentine — the generator computes the bend radius from your links' joint slack and shortens each link a whisker to keep the inside of every curve from fusing. More link stretch = tighter bends = more metres per plate.
